This is a short course meet at John Charles Leeds which is open to groups 6, 7, YD and RD.

This meet has 5 events: 50m in each stroke and 100m IM.

There are plenty of medal opportunities at this gala with medals for the fastest 6 boys and girls in each age group in A, B and C grade.

Some age groups swim all their events in the morning and the rest swim in the afternoon; it is usually an age on day event.

This is one of only a few external galas where you do not need entry times to enter, so is excellent for less experienced swimmers as well.

The closing date is 6th March 2020, all entries to Paula Heslop by 8pm on this date. As this gala is closed within a few hours due to it’s popularity, the entry file must be correct and ready to upload in advance.
