Rising Stars Spring Gala - 26th April

Our next club gala isn't until Sunday 18th May so this is great for those who are keen to compete. There will be medal opportunities with medals awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in age categories, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 yrs.  

These meets are lovely, friendly and far less intimidating than perhaps the meets in Leeds and Sheffield that swimmers in YD and RD are more accustomed to.  They are a great small step on the competition ladder and a wonderful opportunity to gain ever valuable experience. 

The events are 25m in all strokes for children age 8 years.  The events for ages 9 to 14 years are 50m all strokes plus 100 IM.
